The Valve Institute is renowned in the oil industry for provision of expertise in valve technology training, having over 30 years experience in this field, including feasibility studies, concept selection, front end engineering design, detail design and manufacture, system integration test (SIT), installation, commissioning and field operations.
Catobi Nigeria Enterprises Limited established a Maintenance Training School that is comprehensively equipped with state of the art lecture facilities per class. The Facility was commissioned by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) for the purpose of boosting local participation in our area of expertise through the provision of both theoretical and Hands-on training to Nigerian. CNEL is supported by Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN) to provide competency training to Engineers/Technicians who wish to take a profession in this area of need and also to encourage a maintenance culture and to provide consultancy services to IOC’s and EPC’s on valve related issues. We also have affiliation with National Business and Technical Examinations Board in providing Technical Trainings.
